Oconto Industrial Development Commission is looking for industrial operations that would like to expand in a midsize progressive and growing community.  We have an industrial area that is fully developed with all necessary utilities.  This same area is in a tax incentive finance (TIF) district that means that the industrial park has the ability to render assistance in establishing new or expanding industries within the park area.
